While staying true to the finesse of art, this exhibition serves as an avenue to prove that art is universal- print has been around since time immemorial. This exhibition aspires to detangle the communal confusion about printing and printmaking- so conceptually similar yet so practically different. Printmaking is a genre of art entailing the production of imageries on diverse material including but not limited to paper, wood, fabric, plastic, and parchment by numerous techniques of multiplication manually by the hand of the artist. Through it can exist in multiple copies, such fine prints are original works of art.
